TOGETHER WE CAN...

	Return to service several thousand square feet of a space we already OWN!
	Save $70,000 annually by stopping busing to and from High School and BALES.
	Improve air quality by removing asbestos from floors, walls, and windows at BALES.
	Return Preschool to Jacques (JMS) Early Learning School (Grades PreK -1), and give back three (3) classrooms to Heron Pond for their growing class sizes.
	Give JMS students back their lunchroom and auditorium space by using the BALES gymnasium for Physical Ed. and use renovated classrooms at BALES for Jacques Art, Music, & Library.
	Give space back to the High School for Alternative Education Program (Project Drive).
	Move SAU Offices (Superintendent, Human Resources, Business Office, and Student Support Services) to renovated spaces at BALES giving space back to Milford High School.

Much Needed Space at Jacques

When Milford brought on full-day Kindergarten in 2018, JMS began to crowd and since then enrollment has increased overcrowding JMS further.
In 2020, Preschool was relocated to Heron Pond as a temporary solution due to space constraints.
JMS gym is currently a multi-purpose space - cafeteria, gymnasium, and
auditorium/event space.
Using the BALES gymnasium opens up space at JMS for greater flexibility of space.
Creating three classroom spaces for JMS on the lower level of BALES opens classrooms at JMS to bring PRESCHOOL back.
Art, Music, Physical Ed., and Library (Unified Arts classes) will take place once a week at BALES.
