The Information Technology (IT) Department strives to support the district's goals of enhancing the educational experience for all students and to support the staff in their effort to do so through the use of technology.

The Milford School District operates a one-to-one Chromebook initiative for high school and middle school students. Students are responsible for any damage and a list of repair costs can be found here. Those who do not have insurance, or if the damage was not accidental, will be charged accordingly. We highly recommend families purchase Chromebook insurance. Chromebook insurance must be purchased separately per the school year.

Families can purchase insurance using the link below. The coverage period is 8/19/2024 to 8/18/2025, regardless of when the insurance is purchased. There is no deadline to purchase insurance, but claims filed immediately after, or shortly after, purchasing insurance will most likely be denied.
