    • Electrical: Emergency, Generator*, Fire Alarm, Wiring
    • Cafeteria: Exhaust, Dishwasher, Fume hoods, Sinks
    • Site: Athletic fields, Dumpster enclosures, Pedestrian walkways, ADA compliance, Maintenance equipment shed
    • Estimate: $1.4 million plus contingency, escalation, etc.
  • Mid Term (2-5 years): Currently functioning but in poor condition
    • Site: Driveways, Lighting
    • Building Envelope: Roof, Masonry, Skylights, Doors, Sealant joints
    • Interior: Floors, Ceilings
    • Electrical: Distribution, Lighting & Controls
    • Mechanical: Exhaust fans, Unit ventilators
    • Estimate: $2.7 million plus contingency, escalation, etc.
  • Long term (5-10 years): Currently functioning but past expected life
